Kristina Davies, 20, and Ricky Winter, 23 were found guilty at Canterbury Crown Court last month despite both denying eight counts of child neglect.

The boys, both under the age of 4-years, were left with fractures, bruising and bite marks to their genitals when the couple looked after them in 2009.

A paediatrician said that this was the worst case he had witnessed in 30 years when he was called as an expert witness and yet these two skum were jailed for just two years!

These little lads were also forced to stand in the corner with their hands on their heads for hours and were constantly screamed at by the two thugs.  They were made to cry on demand, sworn at and forced to kiss the feet for the amusement of the evil bast**ds.

The abusers attempted to put the injuries down to the children play-fighting or falling off their beds but this was dismissed as the cause of the catalogue of injuries.

The elder child had multiple bruising to 14 separate parts of his body, facial bruising, an ear injury, a minimum of two adult bite marks to his buttocks, an injury to his chin, back and penis.

The younger child had also suffered multiple injuries including and eye injury, an ear injury, bruising to his penis and bite marks on his buttocks as well as a fractured collarbone.

The couple had been asked to look after the boys at short notice but during the 10 days that the boys were in the care of the skum they has suffered a series of assaults.

These two little boys will probably suffer the consequences of these events for the rest of their lives, they should never have been left with these people for any amount of time, but two years, what a joke!

14-month old Holly Agius, died after she was taken to hospital in Gloucestershire after repeatedly being given the heroin substitute.  The mother, named as Bonny Richards, 27 and her partner John Davies, 31, have admitted two counts of child cruelty with both being bailed and are expected to be sentenced next month.

Earlier this month a lesbian couple were jailed for giving methadone to a crying baby.  The drug addict mother Susan Taylor, put the heroin substitute on the dummy of her 10-week old son to stop him crying.

The baby boy fortunately survived but doctors have said that it is too early to say if there will be any lasting effects after a huge quantity of the drug was discovered in the baby’s urine.

The Edinburgh mother was jailed for three years while her lesbian partner Lynn Cowan was jailed for 10 months for not telling medics that the baby had ingested methadone.

The two woman were said to be watching television when Cowan noticed that the baby wasn’t breathing, his face was grey and his lips were blue.  When an ambulance arrived the baby only let out a gasp before suffering fits on the way to the hospital where he was kept in intensive care, thankfully making a recovery over the following 36 hours.

His mother admitted to rolling his dummy around in the medicine cup used for her daily dose of methadone but it was said that she had no concept of knowing how dangerous methadone was to a young baby.

Unbelievable, should drug addicts be allowed to have children, I don’t think so!  The mothers three year sentence she was given was to follow the 26-month sentence she was currently serving for snatching the bag of a 66-year-old lady at knife-point!  What a great mother she would have been, hopefully this little boy will now get some chance of a normal life away from his scum of a mother!

Death

Collette Harris, 30, from Dartford in Kent was today sentenced 16 years in prison for the brutal murder of her 21-month-old son Bobby Louch.

Little Bobby had more than 80 injuries to his little body and head along with burns to his hand when he died just 4-days before Christmas 2008.

He had suffered fatal brain and abdomen injuries that were described as usually only seen after a car accident.  He had extensive bleeding in his skull and spine and severe damage to his internal organs after either being kicked or punched in the stomach.

The Old Bailey heard that the majority of the injuries had been received leading up to the 48 hours before this little lads death.

His evil mother denied killing or deliberately injuring her son and was said to have collapsed and screamed after the jury found her guilty of the crime.

Harris had been living with her new boyfriend James Phillips, 25, from Erith in Kent and the couple blamed each other for the child’s suffering but Phillips was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter and causing or allowing the death at the hearing.

The child’s natural father Dan Louch, had spent the time leading up to Christmas with his son but had seen no evidence of any abuse but within two-days of returning to his mothers home the child was spotted with bruising, with his mother refusing to take him to hospital in case it was believed that she had been beating him, the following day Bobby died.

Just three weeks before the toddlers death he had been treated at the Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford, Kent, after suffering a fractured ankle.  Bobby was kept in for observation and a scan as he also had bruising to his forehead but the injury was considered to have been caused by accident and he was released with his leg in plaster the following day.

This woman should have been given the death penalty for what she did to this child, prison is the easy option not a punishment.  No doubt she will be released with a whole new identity and can get on with the rest of her life, what life did this little boy have apart from suffering and abuse.  RIP Little Bobby and ROT IN HELL COLLETTE HARRIS,  I hope you one day get what you deserve.

The Death Penalty

On the 26th January 2009, I wrote a story of the couple Ritzwan Patel, 27, and Alliah Bradshaw, 29, who abused their six-week old baby daughter and left her to suffer with broken bones and meningitis.

The father, Patel was given a pathetic sentence of four-and-a-half years in jail after pleading guilty to child cruelty and to causing grievous bodily harm.  He admitted to shaking his baby daughter “in a fit of temper” so badly that nine of this tiny child’s ribs were broken, her collarbone, and she also had fractures to her legs

The mother, a drug addict, had previously had two other children taken into care after they were found to have been ill treated and neglected, was given a three-year jail sentence.  This poor child was born addicted to drugs and suffered with withdrawal symptoms for the first days of her life.

This child was on the Child Protection Register and allegedly had regular visits from Health and Support workers, so how was this allowed to happen?

The Support workers had apparently advised the parents to take the baby to hospital to undergo x-rays on her legs!  Surely that should have alerted them that something was not right, why wasn’t it arranged that the baby was seen immediately, what was the point in advising them to do something when they obviously had no control over their own life’s, unbelievable!

Summing Up, the Judge Jonathan Rose said;

“The consequences of her untreated illness was that this baby suffered brain damage, she has blindness, she has deafness, she has required surgical intervention, she has cerebral palsy.

The real suffering is to come for a long time in the future because her life has been effectively ruined.  She is condemned to a future of suffering, she will need constant and indefinite care.”

Her life has been ruined, as the judge said so why have these evil parents been given such miniscule sentences?  Both should be sterilised so they can never be parents again and then given a very slow and painful death sentence to suffer the same as this poor innocent child, I hope they both get what they deserve one day!

The evil mother of Baby P, who cannot unfortunately be identified, has had a statement read out at the Old Bailey by her lawyer where the hearing is taking place after the death of her son.

Baby P had suffered a broken back and over 40 other serious injuries to his little body, causing his death in August 2007.  His 27-year-old mother, her boyfriend, 32, and a lodger Jason Owen, were all convicted in 2008 of causing or allowing his death when he was only 17-months old.

The baby boy was even on the Haringey Council’s child protection register, but even that couldn’t save the little lads life.

His so-called mother said in the statement;

“I can only hope and pray my family, my ex-husband included, can one day forgive me of my mistake.  However, I know I can’t forgive myself of my shortcomings.  I am truly sorry.

I accept I failed Peter by not being fully open with social services I stopped them from being able to do a full job.  As a result of this, my son got hurt and sadly lost his short life.

I have lost all I hold dear to me.  Now every day of my life is full of guilt.  I am trying to come to terms with my failure as a mother.  I punish myself on a daily basis and there is not a day goes by that I don’t cry at some point.”

Maybe her name cannot be given but I just hope that people find out who she is and she gets exactly what she deserves.  The only reason that this woman is sorry, is because she has been found out, I hope her and her accomplices die a very slow and agonising death!

Disgrace

Janette Mercer, 49, the prostitute mother of Sean Mercer,16,  the convicted murderer of young Rhys Jones who was shot on his way home from football practice, has been jailed for three-years for trying to cover-up for her thug of a son.

Marie Yates, 51, and Francis Yates, 49, parents of James Yates, 19, were also jailed for 18 months and 4-years 6 months, respectively for their part in the crime.

Janette Mercer had lied about her son owning a mountain bike that was used in the murder but was found out when it came to light that she had taken delivery of the bike following an insurance claim only four-months previously.

At the hearing at Liverpool Crown Court, the Judge said,

“Your son was a key suspect in the murder and you knew he had told a pack of lies.  You backed him up and told more lies.”

Francis and Marie Yates, were both sentenced for their part in covering up the crime carried out by the thugs who along with the friends called themselves the Croxteth Crew gang.

Both parents setting fire to and destroying the mobile phone Sim card which they thought would incriminate their son while the father also admitted to helping the murderer with an alibi.

The couple’s involvement became clear after recording equipment was secretly placed in their home and they were heard talking of their son’s involvement and what Mercer should do to avoid being caught.  Part of the conversation heard in the court was from Yate’s mother saying that the killer of Rhys must have had “a lot of bottle”, she added “Oh my good God, brave isn’t it?”.

Mercer’s intention was to shoot two members of a rival gang, but all three bullets he fired missed them and one hit the innocent victim.

While Mercer was jailed for life in December for the murder, Yates was given seven-years for supplying the weapon which killed Rhys.  Because of the lies of these so-called parents, it took several months before anyone could be charged with the crime.

The parents of Rhys Jones said after the sentencing,

“In our eyes Mrs Mercer and Mr and Mrs Yates have always been as guilty as their sons.  As adults they should have known right from wrong.

To intentionally cover up Rhys’s murder and to protect a murderer and his accomplices and prolong our agony is unforgivable.

As parents themselves they should have understood our pain but instead they chose to ignore it.”

Absolutely disgusting and no wonder the country is filled with mindless thugs when this is what they have as parents, I hope they all get exactly what they deserve and these pathetic sentences are no where near what they deserve!

Death Penalty

A couple were in court today as the hearing began on how a seven-week-old baby girl had suffered such atrocious injuries before her death.

The babies parents, Kelly Inman, 21, and Olusola Akinrele, 33, both from Cambridgeshire attended Cambridge Crown Court today where they both denied murdering their daughter Leeya.

On the 18th December 2006, the babies mother had called 999 who arrived to find Leeya’s seemingly lifeless body on the sitting room floor.  After the baby had been transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital on a life support system, doctors discovered a fractured skull, fractured thigh bone, fractured ribs, fractured fingers, fractures on arms and legs and severe brain damage.

The doctors had also discovered “strange smelling infected sores” on the babies nose and fingers, which specialists concluded had been caused by bites from an adult in days previous to the hospitalisation, which had also caused the fractures to her fingers.

Little Leeya’s life support system was switched off on the 30th December 2006 after doctors believed she had no chance of recovery.

The father denies causing or allowing the death of a child while the mother denies causing the death but admits to allowing the death of a child.  Tests have been carried out to find which of her parents inflicted the bite marks on her tiny body but they have so far proved inconclusive.

There is no way on earth that this was just some accident, how could they do that to that tiny baby, I hope they both rot in hell!  RIP Baby Leeya

Rizwan Patel and Alliah Bradshaw, who for some reason were freed on bail on Friday, had eventually taken their baby girl to a hospital, but not until her condition had become life-threatening.

Staff at the Calderdale Royal Hospital in Yorkshire, immediately contacted social services and the police.

The baby had suffered neurological damage, loss of sight and loss of motor skills due to not receiving the treatment she needed caused by the meningitis.

Worse still, this poor child had also suffered two broken legs, which had been left untreated for the past three weeks.

This evil couple appeared at Bradford Crown Court on Thursday where sickening actions of the case which occurred in February/March 2007, when the baby was just six-weeks old, were heard.

Patel, 26, admitted two charges of child cruelty and one of inflicting grievous bodily harm on the baby, and the mother, Bradshaw, 29, pleaded guilty to two charges of child cruelty.

The little girl, who has not been named will never lead a normal life due to the disgraceful actions of these two thugs, neither of which should ever be allowed to breed again.

The couple had allegedly taken the child to a doctor previously, who had advised them to get the babies legs x-rayed.  Surely this doctor must have thought it not right for a baby of this age to have two possible broken legs, shouldn’t he have at least notified social services?

Why are they given bail, they’ve already admitted to the crime, they should be locked-up immediately or better still, reintroduce the death penalty!

No doubt they will be given another pathetic sentence where they can go into bed & breakfast, formerly known as prison, serve half the term they are given, and then straight back into their normal life’s.

The UK now has one of the most laughable systems of law in the world, it’s an absolute disgrace!

A cure for paedophiles

Robert Enright, a convicted paedophile, was jailed for fifteen months in 2000 for an indecent assault and eleven counts of making indecent images of under-age girls.

In June 2007 his Lancashire home was raided and police discovered that he had become a member of a naturist group only a month before sexual offences order had been put in place against him.

The 51-year-old, had attended organised trips to Alton Towers and Waterworld in Stoke-on-Trent, where he could readily mix with younger members of the group.

However, Judge Beverley Lunt rejected the prosecutions claims as there was no evidence to suggest that he had associated with children under 16, therefore he had not breached the order.

Obviously, we have to wait until he does breach the sexual offence order and ruins the life of another child before he can be stopped!

A judge always has the decision on the conditions of these orders, which usually involves restrictions on where they can go etc.

After the prosecutor alleged that the paedophile had breached his order by “associating” with the naturist group at events where children were present, the Judge said,

“It is not enough to say he was participating in the British Naturism group.  The prohibition is one of him associating with someone under 16.  I have not seen a shred of evidence that he has done so.”

The Judge continued by stating that he had been to Alton Towers on at least two occasions without incident and that he had not offended for eight years.

He hasn’t be caught you mean, he probably knows how to hide the evidence better now!

Not only did the Judge dismiss all the charges against him, she also declared that all costs should be paid for by the central funds.  Yep, that means it’s all down to the tax payer again.

He is also only on the sex offenders register until 2010, why, once a paedophile, always a paedophile, he should be on there for life.

He has since been expelled from the British Naturist group, at least someone has a bit of sense.  All people want to do is to keep their children safe, it’s not much too ask!

Bullmastiff

Another child has been killed by dangerous dogs, this time in Australia.  When are people going to realise that these dogs should not be pets.

A three-year-old girl was mauled to death and her 15-month-old baby sister was badly bitten at the house of a neighbour who was looking after them in Whitton, Australia yesterday.

The owner of the house, who is believed to own five dogs, three of which are registered with the council, was also found in the property, lying injured and in severe shock.

Neighbours nearby were alerted by cries coming from the house and forced open the door with a crowbar to be confronted by two dogs covered in blood, the dead body of a child, a baby injured in the bathroom doorway and the mauled owner of the animals.

One of neighbours phoned an ambulance before helping the injured child and the dog owner to safety.  However, thirty minutes later the children’s mother arrived unaware of the incident and was held back from seeing the dead body of her daughter.  She was then taken to the hospital with her injured child and the dog owner.

The child is said to be in a stable condition in the hospital and the dog owner has been transferred to another medical centre where she is being treated for hand and facial injuries.

Four of the dogs have been impounded and no charges have as yet been laid.

It is believed at least two of the dogs were Bullmastiff-cross, what is wrong with people!

The power that a mastiff has is unbelievable. The dogs were originally bred to find and immobilize poachers, not really what you want a child playing with is it.
