Despite being educated in Britain Choudhry had not attended the trial as she refused to accept the jurisdiction of the court.

After the sentence was passed, a group of men began shouting in the public gallery ‘Allahu akbar’ (‘God is great’), ‘British go to hell’ and ‘Curse the judge’. A demonstration was also taking place outside the court.

While I am all for free speech why do we allow these despicable racially motivated anti British yobs any freedom at all when they clearly hate everything about our country.

It is these very same people that are responsible for the hate that has built up in some parts of the UK toward Muslims over the last decade.

The court heard that a draft letter to her mother found on Choudhry’s computer said she hated living in Britain and did not want to spend the rest of her life in a non-Muslim country.

Matthew Gould, 23, stabbed a groom and his best-man at a wedding reception has been given a pathetic sentence of 21 months.

Joseph Pattenden Hunt and his new bride Laura, both 27, were enjoying their wedding reception when Gould gatecrashed the celebration in Crowborough, East Sussex, complaining about the noise on July 27th.

Gould, dressed in a red and white England sports kit, walked into the venue and the prosecutor said,

“It was around midnight that they discovered some males had gatecrashed the wedding reception party.  They were challenged, most of them went without argument, however this defendant became loud, argumentative and aggressive.

He kicked over a flamed torch alight in the garden.  He said: “If you don’t turn the music down, I’m going to cut you.”

A scuffle started as the groom and his best man tried to get Gould to leave the reception and they were both stabbed, the groom in the forearm and the best man in the neck and both needed to be treated in hospital.

Gould was found hiding in his attic after a blood stained sports shirt was discovered, he pleaded guilty last month to one charge of possessing a knife in public and two counts of wounding, but without intent.

Apparently, Gould had trouble sleeping that night and was making himself something to eat in the kitchen.  He had previously been drinking and on hearing the music had snapped.

He entered the party with the knife in his pocket but had no intention of using it!  You have a knife in your pocket for one reason only, with the intention of using it!

The thug also has sixteen previous convictions for forty-two offences, and the judge gave him just 15 months in prison for possession of a knife plus 21 months for the two wounding charges to run concurrently.

How long before this complete waste of life kills someone?  Still, as long as he says he didn’t intend to kill them he should get off lightly!

The assault was vicious and the baby suffered stab wounds to his head, chest and spine and also had one of his hands cut off.

After the murder, he walked to the local police station to confess, he was given a hospital order after pleading guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

Over the years he had been in several institutions before being moved to Hayes Hospital, near Bristol in January 2007 and is described as an independent hospital for adults, managed by the National Autistic Society.

Hawkins has been diagnosed as suffering from schizophrenia and autistic spectrum disorder, but was still placed in a low-security hospital.

Despite three previous escapes, Hawkins was deemed fit for a transfer to the hospital, where on February 2nd he escaped again, the police were notified 30 minutes after he had fled.  Hawkins broke in to a house nearby, where he stole knifes, cooked himself a meal and stole some clothes.

On the 3rd February, Hawkins walked across the Severn Bridge to Chepstow in Monmouthshire, where he attacked a 14-year-old girl.  He threatened to kill her with a knife before dragging the schoolgirl into a secluded spot where he raped her.

Hawkins had not only be allowed to collect a pornographic and horror DVD’s at the unit but was also taken out by staff to the cinema to watch horror movies.

Months before the attack, Hawkins had to be put on 24-hour supervision after he’d lunged at staff and punched walls, before asking a female worker for sex.

Apparently, Avon and Somerset Police were not even warned of the dangers Hawkins posed, the only information they received from the hospital unit was that Hawkins may neglect himself not that he was a risk to other people.

Unbelievable, why are the Autistic Society in charge of the mental patients, surely that is a job for professional psychiatrists?

Bring back the death penalty, why should this evil man be allowed to live after murdering an innocent baby and then ruining the life of a young girl.

Barbara Ellis drunk on gin at the time of the incident, told her husband Roderic, that she hated him before slashing him across the face with a knife, causing a seven-inch wound that required thirteen stitches.

When the police arrived at the home of the couple, Mrs Ellis was cleaning her husbands blood off of the carpet.

She should have been given an immediate jail sentence, set down in the guidelines, however, the judge gave her a 12-month sentence, suspended for a year and ordered her to attend an alcohol treatment programme.

Unbelievable, so what if she’s an old lady, she’s done the crime she should do the time!

Time and time again we listen to the excuse that it was because of the drink, so what is being done about it, absolutely nothing.

You can pick alcohol up for less money than a bag of chips, something needs to be done and fast.

At Bolton Crown Court today, it was heard that GEMMA STAFFORD, 18, was the gang’s initial ringleader, she was the one who ran to the man in an aggressive manner before the thugs surrounded him.

Two of the yobs began to punch the victim in the head and then he was repeatedly thumped and kicked until he fell to the ground and was knocked unconscious.

One of the thugs, STUART SHAW ,20, continued to kick the man around the head while the evil bitch rifled through the victim’s pocket, stealing his money and cigarettes.

Just before they ran off, Shaw gave the man a running kick to the head before leaving him for dead in the street.

The other thugs were, ANDREW HARBOURNE, 19, from Burnley, who was given four years after pleading guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent and violent disorder.  He’ll be out in a couple of years, and still only 21, he can then return to the streets with probably a lot more knowledge from other criminals.

JOSHUA McERLEAN, 19, also from Burnley, and was also given four years after pleading guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent, robbery and violent disorder.  Same goes for him!

A 17-year-old, who’s name has not been revealed, was sentenced to 18-months in a detention centre after pleading guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent, robbery and violent disorder.  The public need to know who these thugs are, they should not have the right to remain unnamed.

What a complete waste of time and taxpayer’s money, it is a total embarrassement to be British when you hear of the sentencing other countries follow, we are just a joke to them, a country of thugs.

Fortunately, the victim, a 27-year-old man, only suffered minor injuries, but I am sure he is now fully aware of the injustice that has been done.

Stafford, the evil, sadistic female, was sentenced yesterday to just eighteen months in jail, after admitting to violent disorder and robbery.  Can you believe it, the four other gang members were given a total of thirteen years and six months last month.

Stafford had pretended to be a passer by when the police arrived, that was trying to help the victim as she was concerned!  Shaw just claimed to be too drunk to remember what happened!

How can these thugs get away with it, that was attempted murder, just one kick in the wrong place, it’s happened before, but as usual they are offered the lighter option of grievous bodily harm with intent.

What a bloody joke!  When is the government going to start listening to the people of it’s once great country and address the violence and yob culture we are now labelled with.

A policeman said after the case,

“The scenes on the CCTV are absolutely disgraceful.  The girl thought she would just help herself to the guy’s belongings as her mates give him a good kicking.

He could have been dead or dying yet she could not give too hoots about him.  His money and cigarettes were more important.  There’s just no such thing as the fairer sex these days.”

There probably would be more of the fairer sex, if we didn’t have to put up with these thugs being given menial sentences and then released back onto the streets, where we do not feel safe.

We want safe streets, where we can walk with our children, we want to feel safe in our own homes, we want to be able to know that our children can play outside safely.

Violent Crimes must be punished with sentences that fit the crime.  Our children are being beaten, stabbed and murdered on our streets and these thugs are getting away with it, it has to stop!

Her ridiculous proposal is to escort young people who are caught carrying a knife around A & E (accident and emergency) wards so they come face to face with victims of knife crime.  They will also meet with victims’ families and attend prison visits.

Jacqui Smith said: “I am very keen that we make people face up to the consequences.

“In my book it is tougher than simply saying there is one, simple solution and that is everyone goes to prison.”

Like many politicians she is so out of touch with reality. She obviously hasn’t witnessed the trauma of a knife attack first hand, or lost a loved one due to an unprovoked attack.

Furthermore, doesn’t she understand that many of these young offenders are fully aware of the crime they are committing and the consequences of their actions.  Some of these offenders have stabbed or been stabbed, witnessed stabbings and possibly even attended a funeral caused by such an attack.

So where’s the shock tactic?

I agree, sending young offenders to prison isn’t the answer, but at least it will stop them roaming the streets looking for more victims. I am more interested in a safer society, than what is the right thing to do for those who choose to assault innocent victims.

All the time the punishment doesn’t fit the crime, knife crime will get worse in this country.

Does anyone know why knife crime is so prevalent in the UK compared to other European countries?

Ben Kinsella, 16, was the lastest innocent victim, stabbed after being chased by a group of youths in Islington at 2am on Sunday morning.

A friend said of the murder,

“There was an illegal rave and there was a fight involving some of his friends.  Ben wasn’t involved in the fight – he knew one of the guys involved and was trying to see what was going on.

He was trying to defend his friend.”

The friend claims that a telephone call was made,

“From nowhere four black boys appeared and they said (to Ben) ‘you had something to do with my mate’ and stabbed him.”

This brings the total number of murdered teenagers in Britain this year to 32, the 17th in London.

Police have said that two 16-year-olds, have been arrested in connection with the murder.

Ben was a talented actor who had made an appearance on the ITV drama ‘The Bill’ and was is half-sister to Brooke Kinsella who played Kelly Taylor in Eastenders.

Sophie, 20, and her boyfriend Robert Maltby, 21 were attacked by thugs and beaten so badly that when paramedics arrived they couldn’t tell who was who.

Ryan Herbert, 16, was given a minimum term of 16 years in prison, Brendan Harris, 15, received a minimum of 18 years.  The other yobs who attacked Robert but not Sophie were Joseph Hulme,17, his brother Danny, 16, and Daniel Mallett, 17, were all jailed for between four and six years.  These animals have already appealed against their sentences, but how they are even given the chance to appeal is beyond me, they should never be allowed out!

Tonight, ITV are showing a programme called ‘Fixing Broken Britain’, and Sophie’s mother agreed to be on the programme as she didn’t want Sophie’s death to amount to nothing.

The documentary shows a report on how these yobs are dealt with in other countries who are trying to control the growing concerns of teenage thuggery.

In the case of these thugs, I’m not too sure it would have helped, as I recall the mother of Brendan Harris laughed as the police quizzed her son and told the story of what had happened.

Sylvia Lancaster said “One of the main reasons, I believe, is the culture of binge drinking in the UK.  The teenagers who killed my daughter had drunk lager, cider and peach schnapps on the night they attacked her.  One of the things I wanted to see was how other countries manage to avoid this appalling drinking culture.”

She added “Maybe, if I keep campaigning and I manage to stop even one teenager from going off the rails, I know that Sophie would have been proud of me too.”

This numbness from the MySpace and Facebook generation is exacerbated by a rise in domestic problems, including domestic violence and gang culture.

Jean Taylor’s daughter 27-year-old Chantel Taylor, a mother of three children aged 12, 11 and 9, was murdered by Stephen Wynne, 27, of Birkenhead although no body has ever been found.

Her mother has campaigned wholeheartedly to find her but the police thought she must be dead and in January Wynne admitted to her murder.

The family held a funeral for Chantel in July 2006 as a celebration of a young mother’s life.

Wynne was sentenced to life at Liverpool Crown Court on January 25, when the judge said he should serve a minimum of 21 years in jail.  However, he took the case to the Court of appeal and they ruled that the minimum term was too long and reduced it to 18 years.

The court heard how Wynne had used a saw to dismember the body and how he hid the parts in nearby woods and at the local tip.
The killer was also sentenced to 6 years for a failed arson attack on a mosque.

At last someone is doing something and I for one back them every step of the way.  How should he even have been allowed to take his case to the Court Of Appeal when he had already admitted the evil murder.  He has robbed this woman of a daughter and three children of their mother, why should he ever be allowed to walk the streets again. 

Mrs Taylor was quoted as saying “We should take young thugs out of prison and give them six months of army training American-style boot camps.  Depending on the severity of their crimes, they could spend another six months in somewhere like Iraq.  Let’s turn them into men, rather than let them spend a year in a holiday camp playing pool or on their playstations”.

“Ordinary people in this country are sick and tired of what’s going and I am inviting those who haven’t lost young ones in the way we have to join our campaign”.

“How many parents who have teenagers living at home can say they are not fearful?  I want to say to them ‘Do you want to be next? Do you want to be where I am?’  If you don’t, then come along next time and support us.  And if we end up going back to London with 20,000 people there is no way we can be ignored.”

Mrs Taylor added “We shouldn’t be having to do this, but we’re going to keep on going back to London again and again, until murderers are kept off our streets – for ever.”
