The drunken yob was pulled over by the policeman while driving a Ford Focus in Manchester at 12.30am with no lights, a flat tyre and a smashed wing mirror.

Forrester had got out of his car and agreed to get into the back of the patrol car, but once inside refused to give a breath test. He then put his feet up on the centre console and was told by the officer to ‘Take Your feet off that. That’s disrespectful.’

Forrester snapped and punched the officer in the face and leaning forward bit him on the cheek, before landing further punches.

The policeman managed to get out of the patrol car but Forrester climbed into the front of the vehicle and followed him out to continue his furious assault.

He attacked the officer on the pavement behind the car and then chased him into the road where he knocked him down and continued to punch him in the head. The assault was only stopped when four passers by decided to intervene.

The attack was recorded on CCTV cameras in the street and can be seen clearly in the following footage.

Forrester was found to be two and half times over the legal drink drive limit and was banned from driving for five years and will have to retake his driving test as well as landing himself in prison for a paltry period.

Thomas was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to a paltry seven years in prison by a judge at the Old Bailey this week, but considering the time that she has already spent in custody she is likely to be free again within 3 years.

When sentencing killer Thomas and her two thuggish friends, Judge Richard Hawkins said:

“This is a case of mindless drink fuelled violence committed in public, in front of many people, with consequences which were catastrophic for Ian Baynham and his family and friends. A precious life has been lost and no sentence I can pass will affect that.”

CCTV evidence that has previously been shown on TV showed the killers entering a lift where Thomas giggled and danced while accomplice Rachel Burke  adjusted her make up.

In mitigation the court had heard how Thomas’ father had been convicted of manslaughter himself in 2003, after stabbing a taxi driver.

Her mother said that Thomas’s childhood had been characterised by abuse and hardship at the hands of her violent and alcoholic father.

This style of attack on our streets is becoming all too familiar and it is doubtful that a short prison sentence will have any effect on these violent drunken thugs. They are after all getting away with murder and deserve to be locked away for life.

A whole case involving sexism against Andy Gray has been drawn up in the days since SKY football pundit muttered the immortal exchange of words with commentator Richard Keys prior to the Premier League game between Wolves and Liverpool on Saturday.

Gray and Keys were subjected to an official warning over the incident involving female linesperson Sian Massey prior to the Wolves v Liverpool match, when the pair believing they were off air and made disparaging comments about whether the female understood the offside rule.

It is the type of banter that you would hear in many a workplace, home or pub up and down the country, a couple of old mates having a bit of a laugh with no disrespect meant.

In this day and age of course it is considered sexist to make such remarks, something that we should all be aware off, particularly if our job involves dealing with the public.

Since issuing the warning, SKY have managed to come up with a complete dossier of ’sexist offences’ committed by the former footballer, all involving video taped evidence. The broadcaster had no alternative than to relieve Gray of his reputed £1,7million per year job.

As you would expect, the tabloids are having a field day with the story, dragging up stories about Gray’s love life and drunken antics.

Gray is currently embroiled in a legal battle with the News Of The World over alleged phone hacking, the case involves both himself and comedian Steve Coogan. Both men are pursuing Glen Mulcaire, the private detective at the centre of the case, to name the people at News Of The World who allegedly hacked into their voicemail and to whom they passed the information.

Coming across as smarmy and despicable as the former RBS Chairman Fred Goodwin, when asked to apologise to the British Public, Diamond just repeated the same sentence about the time for remorse being over.

He may well have said get over it, we are still here earning big bucks and that’s the end of it.

In fairness to Diamond, Barclays never profited directly from government intervention with tax payers money, but their business has benefited from it since, with the Bank of England’s quantitative easing programme and extremely cheap borrowing.

Whether the coalition does big itself up and stands by its manifesto to hit bankers hard with some sort of tax levy remains to be seen, but I believe they realise they will be shooting themselves in the foot to do so.

Half of the bonuses paid in the UK will find itself back in the Treasury through taxation and it is fair to assume that the vast majority of the remainder will be spent in the UK, fuelling our economy. So what exactly is the point?

Well, an apology from someone somewhere down the line would have been nice considering the mess that the financial crisis has caused the general public and I think we are entitled to that.

Throughout the torture the man refused to scream out for fear of waking Miss Woodland’s three year old granddaughter who was sleeping in another room.

The two sadistic burglars had first strapped the iron to the back of the woman but had not turned it on, they then strapped it to the mans back and started the torture.

They also boiled a kettle of water which they threatened to pour over the granddaughter unless the couple told them where the safe was. The couple do not even have a safe.

The thieves then ransacked the house and collected together around £200,000 worth of valuables including gold rings, Rolex and Patek Phillipe watches and Mr Wards collection of cuff links that the owner was hoping to pass on to his grandson.

Essex police said that the attack was so sickening that it has even outraged the criminal fraternity. The couple have put up a reward of £10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the evil, sadistic robbers.

Do we really need this ridiculous advice from experts such as consultant ophthalmologist Parwez Hossain, from Southampton General Hospital, Hampshire, who said dunking your head into a bowl of water to bite an apple was fraught with danger.

He goes on to back up his claim by saying that last year the hospital admitted three children with apple bobbing injuries.

He also suggests that children are at risk of contracting serious diseases from bowls that may contain a residual of  dirty water if they haven’t been cleaned properly.

Children should wear goggles to participate in the Halloween game of apple bobbing, he goes on, and remove the stalks from the apples. He then suggests that children should be allowed to use their hands to get the apples and using bottled water rather than tap water which may contain water-borne organisms that may lead to infection.

I am sure he has the children’s welfare at heart, but for Gods sake wouldn’t we be better advised to keep our children in a locked room so that they are not able to come into contact with such evils as the dreaded injury inducing, possibly deadly ancient game of apple bobbing.

PC David Rathband, 42, was sat in his police car when Moat approached his vehicle, stared at him and then shot him in the face and shoulder at close range.  The wounded policeman played dead until Moat had gone before pressing the panic button on his police radio.  The brave father of two has now been told that he has lost the sight in both eyes but is determined to carry-on his work with the police force.

A 21-year-old single mother from Burnley even decided to set-up a Facebook page in tribute to the murderer after thinking it was funny that he had managed to avoid capture from the police.  The page which attracted more than 38,000 members has since been shut down but another is already up and running after being set up by another supporter.

A shrine at the site where the killer eventually died has also now been cleared by angry neighbours who agree that Moat should not be hailed a legend after his despicable actions.

The former girlfriend of Moat is now under police protection in the hospital where she is recoverying from her injuries after threats to run her out of town.

What is wrong with society today, this man was a violent thug and deserved everything he got, the only downside as far as I can see is that he did not shoot himself before he shot those three other people!

PETA's New Desexing Campaign

The Australian singer Sia Fuler is getting behind the PETA campaign to encourage pet owners to follow birth control in their pets to stop the increasing number of animals being born only to end up homeless.

Not only does desexing prevent dogs from having “oops” litters, it also reduces their risk of developing cancer. In six years, one unfixed dog and her offspring can produce 60,000 puppies. Every year, countless dogs and cats are dumped at severely crowded animal shelters, where many of them must be euthanised. The less fortunate ones never even make it to a safe haven – they are left to fend for themselves on the streets, where they often suffer from cruelty, starvation, diseases or injuries.

“When it comes to fighting the cat and dog overpopulation crisis, a stitch in time truly does save nine – or 9,000 – unwanted births”, says PETAs director of special projects, Poorva Joshipura. “No one should bring more animals into the world when countless cats and dogs are literally dying for a good home.”

PETA advises prospective guardians to adopt cats and dogs from animal shelters – never to buy them from pet shops or breeders – and to spay or neuter animal companions as soon as they are old enough.

Barry Sinfield, 36, picked on the defenceless bird after drinking at least 20 cans of strong lager with a friend at the Swanswell Park in Coventry in October.  The sadistic yob grabbed the goose which was struggling to get away from him as he threw the bird into the air before battering it against the ground.  As the goose flapped its wings around in desperation to escape, Sinfield stamped on its neck.  While the bird clung to life, the evil torturer moved his foot along it’s neck before ripping its head off and chasing his friend around with his trophy and laughing.

Sinfield also pointed the head towards many of the visitors to the park where he threatened to smear them with the birds blood.

As well as the trauma it caused to the children playing in the park, a vet stated that the bird would have suffered severe pain before it eventually died.

In court Sinfield’s actions were described as one of the worst cases of deliberate cruelty ever seen and that no justification should be given whether he was drinking alcohol or not.

Sinfield was seen laughing with friends outside the court before the hearing and has shown no remorse since the incident took place.

No point in sending him to jail, send him to the front line in Afghanistan and let’s see how big a man he is then!

Fox Hunting

Almost two weeks ago, twin baby girls Lola and Isabella Koupparis were mauled by a fox that had gotten into their bedroom via an open door.  The nine-month old girls were attacked as they slept in their cots at their home in Hackney, East London, where they both received life-changing injuries.

The babies were discovered covered in blood by their mother with the fox still in the room which has now led to many people believing that fox hunting ban should be overturned.

I don’t think overturning the fox hunting ban would be of much use in the City of London but I do believe that the foxes need to be humanely culled.  The creatures cause no end of trouble on farms, killing and maiming livestock resulting in many of them being shot by the farmers.

Poisoning or trapping is not only illegal but also kills other animals so what is the best method to control the number of foxes living in or around the cities?
