The drunken yob was pulled over by the policeman while driving a Ford Focus in Manchester at 12.30am with no lights, a flat tyre and a smashed wing mirror.

Forrester had got out of his car and agreed to get into the back of the patrol car, but once inside refused to give a breath test. He then put his feet up on the centre console and was told by the officer to ‘Take Your feet off that. That’s disrespectful.’

Forrester snapped and punched the officer in the face and leaning forward bit him on the cheek, before landing further punches.

The policeman managed to get out of the patrol car but Forrester climbed into the front of the vehicle and followed him out to continue his furious assault.

He attacked the officer on the pavement behind the car and then chased him into the road where he knocked him down and continued to punch him in the head. The assault was only stopped when four passers by decided to intervene.

The attack was recorded on CCTV cameras in the street and can be seen clearly in the following footage.

Forrester was found to be two and half times over the legal drink drive limit and was banned from driving for five years and will have to retake his driving test as well as landing himself in prison for a paltry period.

PC David Rathband, 42, was sat in his police car when Moat approached his vehicle, stared at him and then shot him in the face and shoulder at close range.  The wounded policeman played dead until Moat had gone before pressing the panic button on his police radio.  The brave father of two has now been told that he has lost the sight in both eyes but is determined to carry-on his work with the police force.

A 21-year-old single mother from Burnley even decided to set-up a Facebook page in tribute to the murderer after thinking it was funny that he had managed to avoid capture from the police.  The page which attracted more than 38,000 members has since been shut down but another is already up and running after being set up by another supporter.

The former girlfriend of Moat is now under police protection in the hospital where she is recoverying from her injuries after threats to run her out of town.

What is wrong with society today, this man was a violent thug and deserved everything he got, the only downside as far as I can see is that he did not shoot himself before he shot those three other people!

The evil thug had previously threatened and harassed the young woman who had then reported the incidents to the police but was told no action could be taken.

The jealous lover had been asked to marry Movahedi a number of times previously but she had refused and he then went on to threaten to kill her.

While Bahrami, who was an electronics graduate at the time of the attack, sensed that she was being followed and quickened her pace only for Movahedi to catch up and step in front of her where he then threw the acid at her face.

The evil man claimed that he decided to attack her when she told him she had married someone else and asked him to leave her alone.

Movahedi told the court,

“I decided to splash acid on her face so her husband would leave her and I could have her.”

When asked if he would still be prepared to marry Bahrami, despite her injuries, he replied,

“Yes, I love her”

This poor woman has so far undergone seventeen operations in an unsuccessful attempt to reconstruct her face.  She lost one eye and is totally blind in the other.

When testifying at the hearing, she told the court that she wanted,

“to inflict the same life on him that he inflicted on me”

She was asked if she wanted Movahedi’s face splashed with acid, she replied,

“That is impossible and horrific.  Just drop 20 drops of acid in his eyes so he can realise the pain i am undergoing”.

Under Iran’s sharia law (an eye for an eye), Movahedi, has now been sentenced to the punishment, he will be blinded in both eyes from drops of acid.

Maybe if the same punishment’s were handed out to other mindless thugs around the UK, they would think twice about the pain and destruction caused.

In fact, Tehran’s deputy public prosecutor, Mahmoud Salarkia, stated that,

“Awareness of the punishment has a huge deterrent effect in stopping social crimes”.

Police

Having read stories in the past about speed crazed car drivers and mad motorcyclists being charged by UK police after posting their exploits on video sharing sites such as YouTube, I should not really be surprised to read how Police in Somerset used the same method to nab a young man who has been posting pictures of the cannabis plant he has been growing at home.

PC Adrian Peck explained that the man had in fact offered documentary evidence by posting his ‘horticultural endeavours’ on YouTube over several months “Providing us with fairly conclusive evidence.”   The officer was chuffed to bits that the culprit was foolish enough to advertise his criminal activities on the internet and had even used his real name to do so, making it easier to make an arrest.

The man was cautioned for the offence and the offending plant was destroyed along with growing equipment. Sure this is an offence, but the man was growing one plant at home, this was not a cannabis farm. The police appear to have been watching this plant grow via internet updates over a period of months before making the arrest, knowing that the man could only receive a caution. Is it worth it?

Detecting wrong doers on YouTube  is certainly easier than having a presence on the street fighting crime where somebody may get hurt but on this evidence it has long way to go to beat sitting by the side of the road with a speed gun, for making money.

This w***er, known as Mark Kirc, 20, from Keighley, West Yorkshire, was driving his silver Vauxhall Corsa along the M62 rowing with his girlfriend, and two friends at 2am after having a night out in Blackpool.  He then pulled onto the hard shoulder of the motorway where he and the others get out of the car.

Kirc gets back into his car and decides to do a U-Turn, facing the oncoming traffic he then does a handbrake turn in the middle of the motorway and pulls back onto the hard shoulder where he does another handbrake turn and is yet again facing the wrong way.

He was later stopped by police, but then assaulted the officer by repeatedly punching him in the face, breaking the policeman’s glasses.  Kirk continued the attack and the two were on the floor, the officer was also kicked in the head.

Kirk was later arrested and admitted to dangerous driving and assault.  Kirk, who also has previous convictions for drink-driving and disorderly behaviour, was given a pathetic two-year conditional discharge.

The hearing took place at Manchester Crown Court, where Judge Clement Goldstone said that Kirk drove like a “lunatic” but he could not impose a suspended prison sentence as Kirk was to begin a new job.

Kirk allegedly has a job lined-up in Ireland, and the reason for the decision was that he would not be able to do any community work in the UK, which apparently forms part of the suspended sentence.

The judge said,

“I cannot impose such a requirement in this case because you are not going to be here to fulfil it and I’m not going to set you up to fail.”

Kirk was also banned from driving for two years, and he has to also take an extensible test when he returns to the road and was fined £1,800 in compensation to the policeman and court costs.

This has got to be one of the most pathetic sentences and decision for that sentence that I have seen so far, what is happening to the British justice system!

This potential murderer should have at least been handed a hefty prison sentence and a driving ban for good, how many people’s lives did he put in danger, unbelievable!

She cried out for help to a man who was walking past but he ignored the distressed pensioner and it is believed she may have been lying there for up to ten-minutes before somebody stopped to help her.

Molly Morgan died some hours later in hospital from a subdural haematoma but not before telling police about the stranger who ignored her plea.

Some witnesses apparently assumed that this lady was drunk and so just left her, but surely even if this was the case you would still try and help!

I know in this day and age we need to be vigilant, and are taking a risk getting involved in certain situations, but how could someone just walk past in this instance, it was an elderly person that was obviously in pain, you certainly wouldn’t have been in any danger, Shame on you!

This is now a case of murder, the thug stole a handbag, which allegedly only contained an extension lead and an umbrella, which led to this poor woman’s fall and her ultimate death.

We need to stand up to the scum that is on our streets, not bury our heads in the sand.  This country no longer has any moral standards, the government are doing nothing to get our streets back to a safe place and the police have their hands tied, so it’s back to the people to take control, come on make Britain Great again a safe and good place to be.

The A-level student was only yards from the home that she shared with her parents and sister, when Kohli grabbed her and bundled her into his van.  He then raped her before strangling her and dumping her body in brambles in Allington Lane, West End, Southampton.

Hannah’s body was discovered on March 16th 2003, by a young boy and the investigation into this young girls murder began.

Ten days after the body was found, a nationwide appeal on Crimewatch was launched which finally gave the police a breakthrough.

Kohli is named in a call made to the police on March 27th only for them to learn that he had left the country and flown to India.  His sandwich delivery van was seized and his home, where his wife was still living, and the industrial estate premises where he worked were both searched.

A link was made on April 2nd after DNA swabs were taken from Kohli’s wife and children and a warrant for his arrest was issued the next day.

It had now been left in the hands of the Indian police and by January 16th 2004, the reward money for the murderers capture had grown to £70,000.

After finally being arrested while trying to flee to Nepal on July 15th 2004, extradition proceedings began in Delhi.  He was finally flown back to Britain on July 28th 2007 and was officially charged with abduction, rape and the murder of Hannah.

The evil killer, was yesterday jailed for a minimum of 24-years, why only that long I don’t know.  Why should this scum ever be allowed back onto the streets again.  What right does he have to walk out of prison after serving the minimum of his term and go back to living a normal life, that poor girl never got the chance, he cruelly snatched her life away from her.

Death Penalty

A 17-month-old baby boy has been murdered while in the care of it’s so-called mother, step-father and a lodger.

The little boy was on the child protection register at the time after his injuries were missed by social workers, health visitors, doctors and the police.

The family, which apparently can’t be named because of legal reasons, lived in Haringey, North London and the mother had allegedly already been arrested twice for suspected child cruelty.

The police described the mother as a good liar who always had an explanation for her child’s injuries, the boyfriend apparently treated the baby in the same way that he treated his three dogs and along with the mother smothered the child’s bruising and injuries in chocolate when being visited by social services.  The lodger was supposedly in hiding from members of his own family over sex and abuse allegations.

This poor little boy who was found dead in his blood-splattered cot on August 3rd, with more than 50 injuries to his body, 15 of them to his mouth at the time of his death as well as having had his head shaved and being covered in bruises and scabs.

When the baby died he was found to have eight fractured ribs and a broken back that left him as a paraplegic.  His fingernails, a toenail and the tips of some of his fingers were missing, and he had been hit so hard in the mouth that one of his teeth was found in his stomach.

He had been taken to hospital on numerous occasions with bruising, swelling to his face, blood coming from his ears and infected fingernails, mostly occurring while he was on the ‘at risk’ register.

On one visit to the hospital, shortly before his death, a doctor didn’t examine him as he was cranky, but if they had the broken back he had suffered would surely have been found.

The 32-year-old boyfriend, step-father to the toddler, was today found guilty of causing or allowing the death of a child and will be sentenced on the 15th December along with the lodger, Jason Owen, 36, and the child’s mother.

The mother had already pleaded guilty to the same charge but was cleared of murder by the directions of the judge.  The jury was told to convict the boyfriend of the lesser charge if it could not agree on who caused the injuries to the baby where the three adults were living.

I can’t imagine the pain that poor defenceless little lad must have gone through, why is this still happening in this day and age.  Don’t bother sending them to prison, they need to have the same sort of pain that this poor child suffered in his very short lifetime, inflicted on them, a very slow agonising death.

The assault was vicious and the baby suffered stab wounds to his head, chest and spine and also had one of his hands cut off.

After the murder, he walked to the local police station to confess, he was given a hospital order after pleading guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

Over the years he had been in several institutions before being moved to Hayes Hospital, near Bristol in January 2007 and is described as an independent hospital for adults, managed by the National Autistic Society.

Hawkins has been diagnosed as suffering from schizophrenia and autistic spectrum disorder, but was still placed in a low-security hospital.

Despite three previous escapes, Hawkins was deemed fit for a transfer to the hospital, where on February 2nd he escaped again, the police were notified 30 minutes after he had fled.  Hawkins broke in to a house nearby, where he stole knifes, cooked himself a meal and stole some clothes.

On the 3rd February, Hawkins walked across the Severn Bridge to Chepstow in Monmouthshire, where he attacked a 14-year-old girl.  He threatened to kill her with a knife before dragging the schoolgirl into a secluded spot where he raped her.

Hawkins had not only be allowed to collect a pornographic and horror DVD’s at the unit but was also taken out by staff to the cinema to watch horror movies.

Months before the attack, Hawkins had to be put on 24-hour supervision after he’d lunged at staff and punched walls, before asking a female worker for sex.

Apparently, Avon and Somerset Police were not even warned of the dangers Hawkins posed, the only information they received from the hospital unit was that Hawkins may neglect himself not that he was a risk to other people.

Unbelievable, why are the Autistic Society in charge of the mental patients, surely that is a job for professional psychiatrists?

Bring back the death penalty, why should this evil man be allowed to live after murdering an innocent baby and then ruining the life of a young girl.

Gary Glitter - Child Abuser

Most people would have read the recent reports on child molester Gary Glitter being deported back to the UK by now.

Glitter was convicted in Britain in 1999, for the possession of child pornography, and spent a few weeks in jail, half of the four month sentence he was given.

He travelled to Cambodia where he was expelled in 2002 and then went onto Vietnam where he was convicted of obscene acts with children in 2006.

He was convicted after sex acts with a 10 and 11-year-old girl, and was sentenced to three years in jail.  He had three months cut from his jail term last year for good behaviour and will be released on Tuesday.

Allegedly, police have already booked his ticket to London despite the paedophiles request not to return.  However, Vietnamese law requires he be returned to his home country.

In a recent interview, Glitter said that he intends to resume his singing career and may move to Singapore or Hong Kong.

Hopefully, no person in their right mind would buy his music, not only because it is crap but because they will then be funding the life of a child molester.

Now with his record of child abuse, most countries would never let him stay even if they do let him in, no child would be safe.

So why can he not be arrested when he arrives back on UK soil.  Surely there were provisions when he left jail in the UK, he should be immediately locked back up.

The most worrying thing about Glitter, who’s real name is Paul Francis Gadd, is that he still can’t see what is wrong with what he done, so how can he possibly change if he thinks his actions are acceptable.

He should have his passport removed and be put on the paedophile register.   What right has he too go to other countries and prey on their children, lock him up and throw away the key, he’s scum.
